‘Ergo Apartments’ (2014)

The ‘Ergo Apartments’ express a playful abstraction of structure, the individual, and connection within the community. Elements within the artworks provide opportunity for community participation and transformation of the works. Each of the works is individualistic and complex, while connecting with the relationship of structure and individualism. The colour palette was selected to complement the site’s hues and accentuations. Using the lawn and featured tree planting will ground the entities within an Australian landscape. These artworks are enduring and bring a sense of longevity and place.
