As we continue our great anthropogenic experiment, we throw ourselves at the altars of science to stave off collapse. Inevitable decline in population have a direct correlation to the biosphere’s ability to sustain resources in order to maintain population density. Compromised conditions that cause population decline result in a rapid transition within existing biological systems. ‘transition’ highlights this rapid transition and is expressed through the intersections of change between two bifurcating forms which highlight significant points of disruption to the existing form.
